- Change: Programs are required to use TABE CLAS-E Online version (repeated in page 4)
Page 4 (March 2021 update):
- Added verbiage to clarify that all learners (100%) must receive an initial assessment and there is a state target of 75% for progress testing
Page 5:
- Clarified TABE 11&12 Level L and Word List should only be administered to ABE learners
