1) disallowing the use of BEST PLUS and Best Literacy as ESL testing instruments

2) allowing the use of Proctor U for virtual TABE assessments

3) clarifying synchronous and asynchronous hours for virtual classrooms

4) updating/correcting test manufacturer guidelines for hours between assessments

5) Updated Wyoming's Distance Learning policy:

       -to allow new print based materials and the addition of other online platforms

       -to create a system which allows providers to request new materials 

       -creation of a State Distance Learning Committee to review provider proposals for              distance learning
